It is
our pleasure and responsibility to surround each of our
guests with a relaxing and sophisticated environment. We
ensure that each service is provided in the most time
efficient and professional manner possible. We work by
scheduled appointments only to ensure the best service for
you here at Body Therapy Retreat, being sensitive to your
busy schedule. |

Cancellations and Changes
Respectfully, should you need to cancel or change an
appointment, please do so 24 hours in advance. A credit card
must be given in order to hold appointments of more than one
consecutive hour. A 50% charge will be avoided by canceling
within 24 hours.

Arrival
We encourage you to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your
first scheduled appointment so that you may complete
paperwork, have a cup of chai tea and begin to relax! As a
courtesy to our guests, all appointments begin and end on
time.

Gratuity
Gratuity for service is not included and is always
appreciated.

Courtesy to Other Guests
In order to preserve the calm and relaxing environment for
all spa guests, we request that you turn cell phones off and
pagers to "vibrate" mode to limit their use and sound inside
the spa. Thank you.

Medical Conditions
A
brief medical questionnaire will be given to you at the time of
check-in. Please indicate any medical conditions or disabilities that
may be affected by your treatment, such as high blood pressure,
allergies, heart ailments or pregnancy.

Clothing
We provide you
with a robe and sandals for each massage service. Special attention to
draping are practiced during all massage treatments for your comfort and
privacy. Reflexology does no require disrobing; loose clothing is
recommended. |
