We ensure that each service is provided in the most time efficient and professional manner possible. We work by scheduled appointments only to ensure the best service for you here at Body Therapy Retreat, being sensitive to your busy schedule.

Cancellations and Changes
Respectfully, should you need to cancel or change an appointment, please do so 24 hours in advance. A credit card number must be given in order to hold appointments of more than one consecutive hour. A 50% charge will be avoided by canceling within 24 hours.

Arrival
We encourage you to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment so that you may complete paperwork, have a cup of chai tea and begin to relax! As a courtesy to our guests, all appointments begin and end on time.

Gratuity
Gratuity for service is not included and is always appreciated.
